Dem "Corkie" Nackle is the overseer of the Shrine of Erathis and Thalos in Oakhurst.
Early Life
Dem was instated as town priest for Oakhurst in the year 489, and has performed all of the duties expected of the priest of a small town ever since. From blessing travelers to helping townsfolk in need to the even darker burial rites, Dem has a range of responsibilities. Her primary responsibility, however, is overseeing the shrine toward the edge of the town and holding weekly masses.
Recent Events
Sleeping Giants
After discovering Oakhurst's dealings with the local goblin tribe, Jordan Steingard asked Dem if she knew what was happening. She told him that she did, and was not willing to turn away magical healing fruit just because goblins were the bearers of it. Unhappy with this arrangement, Jordan threatened Dem, informing her that the higher-ups of Skyhammer would be hearing about this.[1]
After the influence that Skyhammer had on Oakhurst and the surrounding lands, Dem converted the shrine into a joint religious shrine to both Erathis and Thalos. She still remains its overseer.[2]
