Sulta Ixen is a province of the Red Empire. It is located in the Sterile Sands of Vesper. Its major industries include fishing, and artisanal work. Its major exports are olive products, electrum, and fancy rugs; its imports are cattle and spices. Its annual rainfall is 23" and the average temperature is 84 F.
It was originally founded as an independent state dedicated to the ideals of Nileraxxemon. In 487 it was conquered by the Kingdom of Vesper and became a tributary state. It is the birthplace of Empress Elaina Nile.
