Zelda
Zelda is the leader of the kobolds that inhabit the Sunless Citadel, now Fort Nile. She was promoted to the lofty ranks of leadership by Elaina Nile after an unprecedented act of bravery.

Sleeping Giants
Upon Elaina's arrival back at the Sunless Citadel, Zelda informed her that she led a group of the kobolds to retake the Citadel's basement, and successfully defeated the one remaining foe - a fire snake that was residing there. They kept the snake's treasure horde for Elaina, and Zelda gave it to her. In return, Elaina gave Zelda a large diamond that the previous kobold ruler, Yusdrayl, possessed. Zelda was very thankful.[1]
Elaina's re-arrival at the Citadel learned nothing new of Zelda, except that the renovations had completed and everything ran smoothly. When Ford Bertrom and Stratton Traushaft Pipsquanchy arrived, they gave Zelda a Sending Stone so they could remain in touch no matter how far away their travels took them.[2]
After emerging from Mishalimshalessa Terrenboxster's lab, Elaina received a call from Zelda on the Sending Stone. Zelda informed her that a man named Benedicht came by Fort Nile asking to employ its denizens to "clean up a site". The man was willing to pay 250 gold per day. Elaina told Zelda to accept the offer and to take her good sweet time cleaning the site up.[3]
After the events of Sleeping Giants, Zelda was still alive and in charge of Fort Nile, which continued to thrive like never before. She continues to serve Queen Elaina loyally to this day.[4]
