Flynn is an intelligence scout for Sulta Ixen. The work he does is largely confidential.

Nobody is quite sure where Flynn came from; he doesn't speak very much.
Recent Events
Sleeping Giants
Jordan Steingard and Lyla Hellebore briefly encountered Flynn while traveling from Paladin's Retreat to Kittiwake's Edge. His companion, Tharyn Highcraft, did all the talking, however.[1]
