Commonwealth

The Commonwealth Alliance of the Peaceful Nations, commonly referred to as the Commonwealth, is a ruling body formed out of the federation of many independent cities and states in southwestern Aurora. The Commonwealth formed mainly out of the member state's perceived necessity to ally one another against the expansions of the Red Empire, and the Church of Skyhammer. Some historians regard the Commonwealth as the successor state to the Auroran Republic, of which many of the Commonwealth members were once a part of.
