Primo Nile is the ruler of Shahz Inem, the sister city of Sulta Ixen. He also serves as a loyal adviser to Queen Nile.
Early Life
Primo is the older cousin of the late Enil Nile. He has ruled Shahz Inem since his father was killed in the Conquest of Sulta Ixen. Primo is old enough to remember what life was like before Vesperan rule, and he always yearned to restore Sulta Ixen to its glory days.
Recent Events
Sleeping Giants
Primo officiated Elaina's coronation, placing the crown of electrum and gold upon her head after making a grand speech. He still rules Shahz Inem to this day, and serves as a loyal adviser to Elaina.[1]
