Shann
Shann is the co-owner, along with Ford Bertrom, of the second headquarters of the Nightweb.

Shann introduced herself to Ford while the Risen were operating within Skyhammer, and made an agreement with him that involved exchanging secret information between the two of them.[1]
Shann served as the messenger between Lyle Tealeaf and Athanatos, connecting the two together.[2]
Ford introduced Elaina Nile to Shann, and asked if Shann knew anything about the prisoner situation in Vesper. Shann mentioned a place called Rein Lex, which she knew prisoners had been taken to before. She found it odd, however, as Rein Lex was a wellness retreat.[3]
Shann was present at Ford's burial. Shortly after, her and "Kirk" journeyed to Uljas Jokela's hut in the Shifting Range, and then eventually made their way to Avi Island to meet with Lyle at the Nightweb Headquarters. There, Lyle offered "Kirk" and Shann co-ownership of the second Nightweb headquarters, which was to be started somewhere in Vesper. The two agreed.[4]
